About Us Management Team Products Production Process   Quality Policy      Infrastructure         Production Process         From loading seed cotton on the conveyer from cleaning to weighing of bales, the entire process is being done by the latest automated machines to reduce contamination rate and maintain international quality standard.     Detail of the process :   » Cotton seed is being loaded on Belt & Pneumatic Conveyer system to transfer Seed Cotton, first it is being taken to the super pre-cleaner and then to pre-cleaner and at last to individual gin.   » Individual gin/lint/cotton seed? is being processed through Double Roller Gins with Auto feeder.   » Lint is transported to Lint Super Cleaner through Pneumatic Conveyor.   » Super Cleaned Lint is being sent to press box through belt conveying system.   » Humidifiers are being used to maintain standard moisture in cotton in the Gin House and Belt conveyor.   » Bale making of the processed cotton. The bale press is oil hydraulic, single stage with auto tramping facility, lint slide and pusher mechanism.
